Cardboard Sleeve

A cardboard sleeve packaging is pushed over an existing packaging and functions as a sleeve for a product. A sleeve is open on two sides and gives more room for product information. Sleeves are often used in the food market, for example, for food bowls and fresh meals. A variant of this package is the sleeve with one open side (three arm). This luxurious variant is also often used with ready-made meals. This package is very similar to an envelope packaging.

Cardboard sleeves come in many shapes and sizes and do not necessarily have to be straight. The shape depends on the packaging around which the sleeve comes.
